Shopify - mPOHODA bridge App

Alena enables Czech Shopify businesses to sync their orders with their accountants tool, POHODA through a lite version mPohoda.

1. Navigate to 3rd party app mPohoda https://www.mpohoda.cz/

2. Click on Přihlásit button (Login) and use the credential from the shopify review submission form

3. Navigate to settings ( under your organisation name on the top right) > API

4. Create a new API Key and copy it

5. Move over to Shopify, open alena, navigate to configuration

?). After login you can navigate into the "Prodej" -> "Faktury vydané"

Faktury vydané = Final invoices

Czech order invoices are sent to the customers as PDFs straight away, while foreign invoices need to be sent manualy, recommended at least every 7 days.

Why the two systems?

As of now, mPohoda doesnt let us set One Stop Shop (OSS) for orders outside Czech Republic when transfering orders through API.

Thus any foreign order has to be configured by the users accountants in POHODA, we therefore cannot send those order PDF invoices straight away.

This issue is being resolved. Once mPohoda opens the APIs, we will implement.
